Overview

Therapy that feels real.

At Project inMOTION, we provide movement, somatic, and creative arts–based mental and behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our work is strengths-based, individualized, and relationship-centered, supporting each person's unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

We believe therapy should feel engaging, supportive, and meaningful: not one-size-fits-all. Sessions may look quite different from traditional talk therapy, especially for children — and that's intentional. We follow each person's lead while gently supporting growth, connection, and skill development. Our work is strengths-based, individualized, and relationship-centered.

01
Individual & Group Therapy

We support young people in developing deeper emotional awareness, regulation, communication, and confidence. Sessions are tailored to each person's developmental level and may include play, movement, and conversation. We follow the client's lead — building trust, safety, and skills along the way.

02
Parent Support & Coaching

We partner with caregivers to provide tools, guidance, and insight into their young person's emotional and developmental needs. This work helps strengthen connection, build confidence in parenting strategies, and support progress beyond sessions. Parents and caregivers are essential partners in the therapeutic process.

03
Family Therapy

Family sessions create space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together. We work collaboratively to support understanding, connection, and shared problem-solving — honoring each family's unique dynamic and culture.

04
Movement-Based & Sensory-Informed Therapy

We integrate movement and body-based approaches to support regulation, awareness, and emotional processing. This may include sensory activities, movement exercises, and somatic practices tailored to each individual. We invite client's to explore the spaces and movement where they feel most alive and ready to grow.

05
Social-Emotional Skill Building

We help clients build skills in emotional regulation, self-awareness, perspective-taking, and social connection — supporting success in everyday interactions at home, school, and in the community. This work is engaging, practical, and rooted in real-life application.
